During
the fires of last January 18th 2003, I set up a live feed for family,
friends & fellow fire fighters who lived in affected areas using
a UBC3000XLT, so they could keep up to date with what was happening.
This proved to be a most sought after service.
So,
as we approached the next fire season, I felt I would set up a more
permanent feed for people to access.
We
now provide a feed from Emergency Services within the ACT and Queanbeyan
(NSW) districts, including the NSW Rural Fire Service "Lake
George Rural Fire Area", NSW Rural Fire Service Yass, NSW
Police (Queanbeyan, Cooma, Goulburn, Yass and Hume Highway areas),
ACT Bushfire Service, ACT Fire Brigade, ACT Ambulance and NSW Fire
Brigade on GRN. |
